Who is DemWebs?

DemWebs is the brainchild of Doug Courtney. Doug is a Democrat located on the east coast of Florida. He served in the Florida Democratic Party as a member of the State Executive Committee and the Central Committee. He served six years as the Chair of the Florida Democratic Party Small County Coalition. He also led the way in the use of voter databases and web sites in local counties.

Doug has also served in the local county Democratic Party as Precinct Committeeman, Treasurer, State Committeeman, and Chair.

Doug has not only worked in the Democratic Party he has run for office himself. Doug ran for the Florida House of Representatives in 2008 garnering support and endorsements from the AFL-CIO, Sierra Club, Pipefitters, Iron Workers, Building Trades and many others. Doug knows what it is like to run for office, he has been there.
